Toilet paper stolen from municipality council
According to the press center of Vidzeme's regional police department (VRPD), several rolls of toilet paper were stolen from the municipality council of Kalnsnavas (Madona District).
Dace Yukama, the press secretary of VRPD, noted that the aggrieved party assessed the material damage at 2 lats (equivalent of $2).
