
Port workers carry a pirarucu, the largest freshwater fish in South America, after they confiscated 66 of the fish from poachers who were transporting them to a market in the city of Manaus, capital of the Brazilia Amazon region. Simply amazing size!



Notably, this fish was even put on stamps during the colonial period.
